Our Apartments

Bellaire’s 4 apartments (Sunset, Charm, Loft and Paradise) were renovated and opened in the summer of 2017 featuring state of the art interior on 3 floors. The apartments are all exquisitely furnished, all amenities can be found (large kitchens, open living rooms, ski –bicycle storage area, views of the Austrian Alps, etc.).

 

All apartments have either a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Alps. The house is surrounded by open fields which enhances the feeling of relaxation and quiet. All units include a high-quality, state of the art kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. Each unit comes with a private bathroom with bathrobes. Towels and bed linen are available on site. The apartments are equipped with electric shutters that automatically close when the sun shines, ensuring a comfortable temperature for a pleasant stay.

 

The apartments Sunset, Loft and Paradise offer large kitchens and eating areas as well as a connected living room with a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player. Whether you are looking for quiet place to read a book, or a sofa to lounge and watch TV, the apartments have it all. The children’s rooms feature large flat-screen TVs and a PlayStation Pro 4, so that the kids can have their own area to enjoy without the parents saying “turn the TV down”.

 

 

The apartment Charm offers a comfortable eating/cooking/dining area with a cooking island surrounded by a comfortable corner bench and bar stool. The designer corner seating offers the guest a place to play a game, cards or just watch TV. 

 

 
 
 
 
 

Apartment - Paradise

 

The Paradise, the largest of all apartments, leaves nothing to be desired. Approximately 100 sqm with two bedrooms, sauna, steam shower and outdoor whirlpool. There is a terrace with tables and chairs. Lounge furniture can be found around the pool. A separate guest toilet and a large walk-in shower complete the apartment. The large dining / living area is pure luxury. Finally, a large kitchen completes the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with electric blinds that shut down when the sun is shining to guarantee an optimal temperature in the apartment. Of course, all blinds can also be operated manually.

Apartment - Sunset

This 90m² apartment is very spacious and includes designer furniture as well as a master bedroom and children’s room with an entertainment system (PlayStation 4 Pro). The large glass balcony doors offer fantastic views of the Alps. A 35m² balcony with lounge furniture offers a perfect area to have a glass of wine and enjoy.

The spacious living room with the designer couch and furniture let’s you enjoy your favorite book or TV show. The large dining area and kitchen with its oak table and flooring makes you not want to leave, ever! The attention to details can be seen throughout the apartment. The master bedroom has a 160cm wide bed, with spring core mattresses and cold foam mattress-toppers which guarantee a great night’s sleep. The children’s room has a high-quality pull-out-couch, large flat-screen TV with a PlayStation 4 Pro console. The bathroom has a bathtub to take a relaxing bath or shower in. The apartment has electric shutters that automatically close when the sun shines, ensuring a comfortable temperature.

Apartment - Loft

When you walk in to the 93 square meter apartment  and see the 3m high windows with a fantastic view of the Alps and the 40m² balcony encased in glass, you know you have reached paradise. A large living room and kitchen offers the guest open space, breath-taking views and the feeling that you are alone in heaven. The apartment has a separate children’s room with a bunk bed, large flat-screen TV and a PlayStation 4 Pro console, giving everyone their own space. The spacious living room with the designer couch and furniture let’s you enjoy your favorite book or TV show. The large dining area and kitchen with its oak table and flooring makes you not want to leave, ever! The attention to details can be seen throughout the apartment. The master bedroom has a 160cm wide bed, with spring core mattresses and cold foam mattress-toppers guaranteeing a great night’s sleep. The bathroom has a bathtub to take a relaxing bath in and a steam shower to help one relax after an exhausting day of activities. The Loft has a second terrace on the South-East side of the house where you can enjoy your breakfast or just relax. The apartment has electric shutters that automatically close when the sun shines, ensuring a comfortable temperature.
